Staff Bios

Robbie Johnson Weinberg

Robbie Johnson Weinberg is a native Midtowner who attended Grace-St. Luke’s and Central High School, where she met her future husband, Dr. Mike. Robbie went on to attend Memphis State University, earning an art history degree and cultivating her appreciation for the arts.


Prior to opening The Eclectic Eye in 2002, Robbie worked in sales and restaurant management, where she refined her sales and management skills early. This, coupled with her dedication to Midtown Memphis, has played a key part in the company’s success. As Director of Operations, Robbie oversees everything from human resources to event planning, and even travels around the country to purchase the beautiful eyewear showcased in the boutiques.


When she’s not spending time with her family, Robbie is an active member of the Junior League of Memphis, an avid tennis player (she captained The University Club’s 2009 State Champion team!), and a strong supporter of local artists and community organizations.

Bramlett Dyles

A native Memphian, Bramlett Dyles (by far the most beautiful and unique name in the store) has a great background in business, wonderful sales skills and an infectious smile and laugh that puts everyone at ease. This makes her perfect as the boutique's Support Team Leader, a role that requires her to oversee the filing of all vision insurance claims, ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed correctly and manage the accounts receivable duties.


Bramlett began her optical career at a local eyewear store as a retail associate and eyewear specialist, and is now certified by the American Board of Opticianry and the National Contact Lens Examiners.


If she's not at the store, Bramlett is most likely with her daughter, curled up with a good book or cheering for the Dallas Cowboys.

Dory Joe

Dory Joe is only at The Eclectic Eye part time but has become an important part of operations. Whether she provides a moment of comic relief, an encouraging nuzzle or a hearty bark to let everyone know something is going on, Dory makes life at The Eclectic Eye even more delightful. Her sweet and laid back demeanor fits in well with our family at The Eclectic Eye. She often resides in the lab, but if you would like to say hello let us know and we will happily call on her for you.

David Hollis

David Hollis, one of The Eclectic Eye’s expert Eyewear Architects, ensures that each customer receives topnotch, personal service and has a wide variety of frames to peruse.


Prior to joining The Eclectic Eye team, David worked at a national optical center in Memphis, where he mastered his time management skills as an optician, sales manager, and area operation trainer.


Outside of the store, David is a part-time tennis instructor and also enjoys playing in the United States Tennis Association leagues. David loves golfing, biking, grilling out, baking pies, and playing AC/DC songs on an electric guitar

Aaron Reagan

Aaron Reagan, Retail Manager of The Eclectic Eye Midtown, adds experience, dedication and a steadfast commitment to quality customer service to the team. In fact, Aaron has become a fixture at the Midtown boutique, where he takes tremendous pride in providing honest, comprehensive information about The Eclectic Eye's products and services, ensuring that every customer's experience is both positive and enjoyable.


A native Memphian, Aaron graduated from Harding Academy and went on to study at both Harding University and the University of Memphis with a concentration in hospitality and business management. He also holds certifications from the American Board of Opticianry and the National Contact Lens Examiners.


A regular triathlon participant, Aaron devotes his free time to training and can often be seen jogging in area neighborhoods. Aaron also enjoys spending time with his wife, son and their two miniature dachshunds, Periwinkle and Emma Jo.

Lindy Luckett

Lindy Luckett, an Eyewear Architect at The Eclectic Eye, provides all of our customers with a unique experience and enjoys using her love of fashion to help select the perfect frames for every individual.


Previously, Lindy worked as a project manager for a well-known energy drink company and has dabbled in event and brand marketing. She earned a degree in fashion merchandising and marketing from the University of Memphis.


In addition to her love for fashion, Lindy enjoys listening to local music, cooking, reading, blogging, sewing, traveling, and cheering for the Tennessee Titans.

Kyra Condo

Kyra Condo enjoys continuing The Eclectic Eye's tradition of providing customers with an experience beyond their expectations. As Manager of the Collierville boutique, Kyra oversees the staff and operations, while assuring all patients receive excellent customer service and find the perfect frames to compliment their face, lifestyle and prescription. She currently holds certification from the American Board of Opticianry.


Prior to joining The Eclectic Eye team, Kyra gained extensive experience as a senior store manager at a contemporary women's boutique in Memphis and served as an account executive for a national clothing store in New York City. She attended the University of Memphis and participated in the school's fashion merchandising program.


In her free time, Kyra enjoys spending time with her husband and son, as well as shopping for mid-century clothing and furniture at flea markets and vintage stores.

Casey Kickliter

As Optometric Assistant and Registered Nurse, Casey Kickliter handles all aspects of patient pre-testing, assessing visual acuities, scribing, and working with referral doctors. She works closely with The Eclectic Eye doctors to ensure every patient's experience is both enjoyable and seamless.


Prior to The Eclectic Eye, Casey worked as a registered nurse at a prominent Memphis hospital. She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Carson Newman College.


When she's not working, Casey is an active child sponsor with World Vision, a humanitarian organization that provides hope and assistance to approximately 100 million people in nearly 100 countries. She also enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, cooking, and rooting for the Tennessee Vols.

Robb Parker

As The Eclectic Eye’s experienced Lab Production Specialist, Robb Parker is charged with the production of all eyeglasses, managing lab relationships, and overseeing workflow.


Previously, Robb was Retail and Lab Manager for a national eye care chain, where he handled the production and dispensing of eyewear, training of staff, and oversight of workflow. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis and a master’s degree from the Apostolic Bible College, and is certified by the American Board of Opticianry (ABO) and the National Contact Lens Examiners (NCLE) organization.


Robb is a Youth Minister for the East Acres Baptist Church, where he coordinates lessons and activities for children in grades seven through 12. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, editing videos, and playing with his two Labradors, Cha’Li and Shadie.

Rebecca Lee

Rebecca Lee, a native Memphian, has extensive experience in patient care, a persistent attitude, and friendly smile – all of which make her a natural fit for The Eclectic Eye. As an Eyewear Architect, Rebecca works closely with patients to ensure they have a great experience and helps them select from the vast collection of unique frames.


Previously, Rebecca worked as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) at an eye and laser center, where she was responsible for assisting multiple physicians and surgeons in all aspects of patient care. She attended Southwest Tennessee Community College.


In her free time, Rebecca is an avid dog lover who enjoys spending time with her daughter, reading, painting, playing board games, watching movies and cheering for the Indianapolis Colts. She also serves as a volunteer for Riverdale Elementary School in Germantown, Tenn.

Katherine Detroit

As an Eyewear Architect, Katherine Detroit conducts patient pre-testing, assists The Eclectic Eye's team of doctors and helps customers find the perfect frames from the boutique's extensive eyewear collection.


Prior to joining The Eclectic Eye, Katherine worked as an administrative assistant and was responsible for many tasks including accounting, database management and employee training.


Katherine enjoys reading, listening to music and traveling in her free time.

Charles Stanley

As an Eyewear Architect, Charles Stanley enjoys assisting The Eclectic Eye's team of doctors with pre-tests and post-exam procedures, as well as working one-on-one with customers during the frame selection process.


Before joining The Eclectic Eye, Charles served as an Elementary Music Specialist in the Little Rock School District, as well as Assistant Minister of Music for a church and Director of Choral Music at an Episcopal school, both based in Little Rock. He earned his bachelor's degree in music education from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Ark.


In his free time, Charles enjoys reading, singing, playing piano and spending time with friends and family, including his partner, Christopher, and their dog, Lylah Grace.
